• Generally, orders are ready within 5-9 days excluding preorders. Be sure to check the listing for any additional details.
• If you need to place an order OUTSIDE OF NORMAL SHOP OPENINGS, your order may be charged a $20 rush fee to cover additional shipping charges, rushing your item, etc.

*Orders must be paid in full before an item is customized.

*As orders are customized and specific to the individual party there are no returns for finished merchandise. 

*Please be sure to refer to the size chart for the item(s) you are purchasing to ensure the correct fit. 

*By submitting payment via website OR invoice, you are agreeing that all personalization is CORRECT. If there are errors, Cottonwoodchildrensboutique is not held liable. If there are errors on a provided invoice, do NOT pay until it is corrected.

*We cannot accept responsibility for customer supplied items. Machines can and do sometimes ruin items. I always do my best, but if your item is damaged, We can only credit for stitching.
*Once shipped, We’re not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to your shipped item, please notify me before placing your order.
